Ingredients
- 1 cup coconut water
- ½ frozen ripe banana
- 1 frozen kiwi fruit
- Handful spinach
- 2-3cm piece of zucchini
- 2 teaspoons Isowhey Wholefoods pea and brown rice protein
- 2 teaspoons Isowhey Wholefoods sacha inchi, turmeric and gubinge superfood powder
- Frozen berries and shredded coconut (for garnishing)
Method
- Add all ingredients (except berries and coconut) to your blender.
- Blend until smooth, top with berries and coconut and enjoy!
Notes
I like my smoothies REALLY thick – like, eat with a spoon thick. If you prefer to be able to drink yours with a straw just add a little more coconut water or water.
