Ingredients

  • 1 cup coconut water
  • ½ frozen ripe banana
  • 1 frozen kiwi fruit
  • Handful spinach
  • 2-3cm piece of zucchini
  • 2 teaspoons Isowhey Wholefoods pea and brown rice protein
  • 2 teaspoons Isowhey Wholefoods sacha inchi, turmeric and gubinge superfood powder
  • Frozen berries and shredded coconut (for garnishing)

Method

  1. Add all ingredients (except berries and coconut) to your blender.
  2. Blend until smooth, top with berries and coconut and enjoy!

Notes

I like my smoothies REALLY thick – like, eat with a spoon thick. If you prefer to be able to drink yours with a straw just add a little more coconut water or water.
