This is a really creamy green drink low in sugar and high in vitamin C. It's a little sweet and a little tart and is a great way to start the day.


Ingredients (serves 1)

  • 1.5 cups coconut water
  • 1 cup spinach
  • 2 kiwis, peeled
  • 1/2 peeled avocado

Method

  1. Blitz all ingredients in a blender!

Notes

Boost up your drink by adding a scoop of protein powder to it.
