A beautiful clean and crispy green juice. Great as a breakfast juice or just when feeling like a shot of health!
Ingredients (serves 1)
- 2 Sticks Celery
- 2 Carrots
- Handful Kale
- Half Small Pineapple - skin removed
- Knuckle Ginger
- 1 Green Apple
- Small handful Mint
Method
- Juice all ingredients and enjoy!
Notes
I love juicing. When I want an instant hit of health and energy I tend to use more vegetables. You can juice almost anything when it comes to fruit and vegetables (though things like bananas, pears, avocados and berries belong more in a blender) and it means you are getting an instant hit of health.
