Ingredients (serves 1)
- 1/2 Large avocado
- 3 cups Brocolli (Steamed)
- 7 Pitted kalamata olives
- 100gm Goat's feta
Method
- Mix all ingredients and serve :)
Notes
This recipe serves one very very hungry mum :) I was craving fatty food one day and this completely solves the problem!! It is so easy and good enough without dressing as the saltiness of the feta and olives does the job!
