A quick meatball recipe that’s our family favourite. The hidden veg is great, add more grated veg, or cook in a crushed tomato sauce
Use any mince, chicken, lamb or beef
Ingredients (serves 4)
- 500g Mince
- 1 Carrot, grated
- Fresh herbs, chopped fine
- 2 Eggs
- 1 cup Baby spinach, chopped fine
- 4 Garlic cloves, crushed
Method
- Mix all ingredients in a bowl thoroughly
- Roll into small balls
- Fry slowly until golden
- Serve with dipping sauce
