Healthy snack for the kids. Great for summer and the fruits are hidden if your kids are fussy like mine!
Ingredients (serves 4)
- 1 Banana
- 1 can Coconut Cream
- 1/2 punnet Blueberries or Raspberries
- 1/4 cup Rice Milk (or any milk you wish to use)
Method
- Combine all ingredients using a blender or magic bullet.
- Once all mixed, add to the popsicle sticks and freeze for about 5 hours. The remaining mixture can be eaten like a milkshake.
