Ingredients (serves 4)
- 1 can Young jackfruits
- 300 gr Fried tofu
- 50 gr Curry paste
- 225 ml Fresh milk
- 100 ml Water
- 50 gr Dried enchovies
- 1 tbs Vegetable oil
- 1/2 Onion, chopped
- Salt for taste ( if necessary) )
Method
- Heat up oil in a saucepan, add onion stir fry until fragrant. Add dried enchovies and curry paste, jackfruit and fried tofu, stir for a while.
- Add fresh milk, water and salt for taste. Simmer for 20 minutes or until the sauce thicken and jackfruit tender. Add a little more water if necessary. Place to a serving bowl. Serve.
