easy and quick jelly pudding
Ingredients (makes 8 jelly pudding)
- 100 gr Konnyaku jelly powder
- 450 ml Orange juice
- 100 gr Konnyaku jelly powder
- 450 ml Water
- 100 gr Sugar
- 2 Kiwi fruit, blend
Method
- Boil first layer ingredients ( orange juice and konnyaku jelly powder) in a pot until dissolves well.
- Pour the orange layer jelly into the moulds ( a half moulds). Letting everything set and cool.
- Boil second layer ingredients ( water, sugar, konnyaku jelly powder and kiwi ) in a pot until dissolves well.
- Pour this kiwi layer on the top orange layer and letting everything set and put in the fridge for at least one hour.
- Serve chilled.
