I can’t even tell you how ridiculously delicious this viral slice is. A biscuity base and all of the lollies of our Aussie childhood – you need to make this for Christmas!
Yes it’s very sweet – just a little square is enough for a sweat treat, so this recipe serves lots of people!

- 2 packs Scotch Finger biscuits
- 395g can condensed milk
- 200g melted butter
- 2 cups mixed lollies, chopped
- 375g chocolate
- 1tbs vegetable oil
- extra lollies
Method
- Combine crushed Scotch Finger biscuits and chopped lollies in a bowl.
- n another bowl combine melted butter and condensed milk, then pour this over the dry mixture and mix until completely combined.
- Press this mix into a lined slice tin.
- Melt chocolate with vegetable in the microwave (do it in 30 seconds increments, stirring in between)
- Pour the chocolate over the slice mix and top with additional lollies.
- Let set in the fridge for a few hours and cut up. Just try and stop at one piece!
Notes
If you find the mix a little sticky, add some extra biscuits or half a cup of desiccated coconut. You can also try adding less condensed milk or butter if you prefer a firmer base.
