Ingredients (makes 16 )
- 4 scoops Protein powder
- 1/2 C Almond meal/flour
- 2tsp baking powder
- 2tsp cinnamon
- 1/4 tsp nutmeg
- 1/4 tsp allspice
- 3 egg whites
- 1/4 C Stevia
- 1/2C fat free cottage cheese
- 1 tsp Vanilla essence
- 1 Apple or I use a small handful of mixed fruit
Method
- Spray an 8x8 inch dish with non stick spray, preheat oven to 200. In a large bowl combine protein powder, cinnamon,nutmeg, allspice and baking powder.. whisk together and set aside
- In a smaller bowl combine egg whites, stevia, cottage cheese and vanilla.. whisk until well combined and then add the wet ingredients to the dry ingredients.. mix well
- Pour batter into prepared dish and bake for 20-25 mins
