marinated T bone and tiny potato's w/ sour cream.

11 Ingredients

nice and easy

Ingredients (serves 2)

2 T bone steak
1 tbls oyster sauce
1 tbls soy sauce
pinch salt & pepper
1 tbls oil
8 baby potatos
2 blobs sour cream
1 tsp finely chopped onion.
1 tsp chives or shallots
1 tsp finely chopped capsicum
tiny dash minced garlic

Method

MEAT... Mix oil, soy, oyster sauce & salt n/ pepper.
Cover steak and put in fridge.
Sour cream mix... Add sour cream, onion, garlic, shallots, capsicum & salt n pepper.
Mix together . Cover and put in fridge.
Boil tiny potato's til soft.
Cook T bone. Serve up potato's and meat. Get sour cream mix. Pour over potato's. Then serve with favourite veg.

Notes

This is quick and Simple. And it tastes lovely

Yum. This looks like such a great meal. I really love a well cooked t bone steak and the flavours in this dish look fantastic. Love the side dish of mini potato’s but it would also go great with some thickly cut chips too or even some creamy mash and either salad of vegetables

Delicious, I marinate overnight for max flavour and sometimes swap the yummy spuds with Wombok salad from this site.
Thanks for a lovely flavourful recipe. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!

What a simple yet really tasty meal this would be. I’d love to try it with some chicken breasts, or fish. And because I really enjoy chilli, I’d probably add some to the sour cream. Yummo!
