A quick and simple take on regular mashed potatoes
Ingredients (serves 1)
- 1 medium potato
- 2 tbl spoons grated cheese
- 1/4 tsp vegemite
Method
- Peel, cut and steam potatoes until soft.
- Mash until you reach desired consistency.
- Add cheese and vegemite and mix well.
Notes
This recipe can be altered to suit different aged and tastes. It's also great for hiding veggies, my kids love it with zucchini and cauliflower added.
