Get organised for the hectic weeks ahead when school returns. These easy to make mini quiches can be made now and frozen for a grab and go lunch the kids will love
Ingredients (makes 15 Mini quiches)
- 3 Eggs, beaten
- 1/2 cup Ham or bacon diced finely
- 1/2 cup Tasty cheese, grated
- 2 Spring onions, finely sliced
- Salt & pepper
- Parsley, chopped finely
Method
- Add all ingredients together and mix to combine.
- Spoon into a greased mini muffin tray, and put into a pre heated oven set to 180 degrees
- Cook for approximately 15 minutes or until egg has set and they are golden brown
Notes
Store in the fridge for up to 5 days in an air tight container, or freeze wrapped tightly for use when needed
