Ingredients (serves 2)

  • 1 Pizza base (wholemeal optional)
  • 200gm Mixed beans (Edgell)
  • 5 slices Bacon
  • 3 tbsp Pizza sauce
  • 1 handful Sliced olives
  • 4 slices Cheddar cheese
  • sprinkle Italian Mix herbs
  • 1/2 Large tomato (sliced)

Method

  1. Preheat oven onto 180C.
  2. On the pizza base, spread the pizza sauce evenly and sprinkle herb. Evenly spread out all other ingredients, leaving cheese and bacon to the end.
  3. Place the 4 slices of cheese on each quarter slice of the pizza and then bacon.
  4. Bake for 18 minutes and serve hot!

  • Beans on a pizza ???? ???? A combo I haven’t seen before. To make healthier, blitz up cauliflower and egg for the base

  • We make our own pizzas all the time… Even use cauliflower as the pizza base! And use feta cheese, Baby bocconcini or Camembert Cheese!
