Ingredients (serves 1)
- 1 slice Multigrain toast
- 1/4 Avocado
- 1-2 teaspoon Hummus
- 1 slice Cheddar cheese
- 1/2 cup Shredded chicken breast piece
Method
- Steam chicken breast until fully cooked. Cool and shred.
- Arrange cheese, then avocado, hummus and finally chicken on toast.
- Serve :)
