Ingredients (serves 1)

  • 3 tbsp Chia seeds
  • 1/4 cup Oats (instant or rolled)
  • 10 Pitted cherries
  • 1/8 cup pumpkin seeds
  • 150ml coconut milk

Method

  1. Put all ingredients in a bowl, mix well and keep in fridge overnight.
  2. Serve with yoghurt or by itself the next morning!

  • Overnight oats are the best. This one looks interesting.
