Ingredients (serves 1)
- 3 tbsp Chia seeds
- 1/4 cup Oats (instant or rolled)
- 10 Pitted cherries
- 1/8 cup pumpkin seeds
- 150ml coconut milk
Method
- Put all ingredients in a bowl, mix well and keep in fridge overnight.
- Serve with yoghurt or by itself the next morning!
