These parmesan and zucchini puffs are quick, easy and delicious! We used gluten free flour and they turned out great!
Ingredients (serves 4)
- 2 zucchini grated
- 1 tablespoon flour
- 2 tablespoons parmesan
- pinch salt and pepper
- 1 egg
- 2 tablespoons sour cream
Method
- mix the zucchini, flour, cheese, salt and pepper together
- Add the egg and sour cream and mix until well combined
- Spoon onto baking tray lined with baking paper
- Bake in oven on 180 degrees until golden
