A great way to introduce greens & texture to the older baby.

Ingredients (makes 1 Bowl)

  • 1 Medium potato
  • 1/4 cup Frozen peas
  • 1/2 Avocado
  • 1/4. Cup Milk, formula, breast milk

Method

  1. Bring medium saucepan of water to boil.
  2. Peel potatoes, cut into chunks. When water has boiled add to saucepan. Boil until soft, then add peas & boil for further few minutes or until peas are mushy. In the meantime peel & mash avocado.
  3. Take off heat, drain & once cooled down mix in mashed avocado.

  • Ah yes, the old advice to add an avocado to almost anything.
