Lovely sprinkled with herbs and you can even spoon a dollop of sour cream on the top.
Ingredients
- 1/2 kilo medium potatos
- 80grams butter
- 2/3 cup chicken stock
Method
- Peel and thinly slice the potatoes.
- In a muffin tin tray stack the sliced potato in each.
- Pour the stock and butter in the 8 potato stacks. Cover with foil and bake for 30 minutes. Remove the foil and bake for another30 minutes until golden.
