Nothing like a fresh sauce made from scratch. I’ve also tried this with a dash of tabasco to add a bit of a zing.

This would be great as a dipping sauce with BBQ Prawn Shaslicks too. I’d love to try it with a little Tabasco sauce or chilli added.

Love making fresh seafood sauce, just dont keep any leftovers, the risk for cross contamination is just too high.
