Ingredients (serves 3)

  • 12 cherry tomatoes, cut in half
  • 12 basil leaves
  • 400 grams prawns
  • 3 cloves garlic
  • salt and pepper to taste
  • 1 tsp olive oil

Method

  1. Heat oil on skillet pan over low to medium heat. Saute garlic and prawns.
  2. Add the tomatoes and simmer for 2 minutes.
  3. Add the basil leaves. Add salt and pepper to taste.
  4. Serve hot.

  • Yum! Love fresh prawns. Will have to try this
