I quite like the dried cranberries as it adds a chewy element, the cream added to the yogurt makes for a creamier dessert and the fruit is a nice garnish.
Ingredients (serves 1)
- handful dried cranberries
- 1 strawberry diced small
- 1/2 kiwifruit diced small
- 1/4 cup thickened cream
- 1/4 cup yogurt
Method
- Mix the cream and yogurt, add the dried and fresh fruit to the top to Garnish and your finished.
