A healthy candy cane perfect to serve on Christmas morning for the little ones, even the big kids.


Ingredients (serves 1)

  • 1 Small banana sliced
  • 3 Small strawberries sliced

Method

  1. Arrange layers of strawberries & bananas to form the shape of a candy cane.

Notes

I prefer to use lady finger bananas as they are sweeter & the perfect size for candy canes. I use the smaller of strawberries for this too. To add some naughtiness squirt aerosol cream between layers which could turn this dish into a dessert.
