I love using this fun salad face when serving cold slices of meat. Place the rolled slices of meat around the salad face.

Ingredients (makes 1 salad face)

  • Iceberg lettuce leaves
  • 2 slices Lemon
  • Parsley sprigs
  • 1 halved Red grape
  • 4 Corn kernels
  • 1/2 sliced Tomato

Method

  1. Place washed lettuce leaves on a plate.
  2. Place sliced lemon on lettuce; top lemon with parsley and red grapes.
  3. Place sliced tomato on lettuce; add corn kernels.

Notes

I use a variety of salad ingredients; depends on the contents of the crisper/fridge; eg: cucumber and olives.
