Ingredients (serves 4)

  • 300g Bacon
  • 4 Eggs
  • 110g Coleslaw
  • 8pc Bread

Method

  1. Fry the bacon with a touch of salt
  2. Fry the eggs
  3. Lightly spread coleslaw on the bread
  4. Add cooked bacon and eggs slap on the lid and enjoy bacon and egg sandwiches with a difference

  • Yummy looking sandwich – would be a share sandwich for lunch.
