Ensure you are using sesame oil. It boost up the flavor tremendously that you don't need much ingredients to make this dish!
Ingredients (serves 2)
- 2 tsp Sesame oil
- 4 cloves Garlic (minced)
- 2 eggs
- 1/2 cup Corn and pea mix
- 2 tsp soy sauce
- 1.5 cup Cooked rice (overnight)
Method
- In a wok, heat up sesame oil and saute garlic until they start to turn golden brown. Add the eggs. Stir fry the eggs and add rice.
- Keep tossing and add the vege mix. Add soy sauce last.
- Serve.
