A simple throw together meal.
Ingredients (serves 4)
- 500g Chicken - diced
- 1 Carrot - chopped
- 1 Celery stick chopped
- 1 Head of broccoli -chopped
- 1 Packet chicken noodle soup
- 300ml Cream
- 3 cups Water
- Beans
Method
- Add chicken, vegetables (except for beans), soup mix and water to slow cooker.
- Cook on low for approx 7 hours or on high for approx 3 hours.
- Add cream and beans for the last 30min of cooking.
- Serve with mashed potato or rice.
Notes
This recipe is something I created when I didn't feel cooking one day. All ingredients were what I had on hand and are approximate. You could easily change the vegetables to whatever you like.
