Ingredients (serves 2)

  • 1 Fuji apple
  • 1 small carrot
  • Drizzle Coconut oil
  • Pinch cinnamon

Method

  1. Spray carrot and apple with coconut oil and bake for 45 minutes on 180C.
  2. Mash and add some cinnamon.
  3. Serve!

Notes

This mash is extremely sweet due to the baking process. Hope your little one loves them!
