Yummy steamed fish for dinner.
Ingredients (serves 2)
- 1 Butter fish
- 2 tbs Water
- 1 tbs Light soy sauce
- 1/2 tbs Ginger paste
- 1 stalk Spring onion, shredded
- 1/4 tbs Sesame oil
- A pinch of pepper
Method
- Place all ingredients in a steaming plate, mix well.
- Steam over high heat for about 10 minutes ( start to steam it when water is boiled).
- Serve hot with steam rice.
