Easy and simple meal for lunch.
Ingredients (serves 3)
- 400 gr Green bean, sliced
- 1 tray Fried tofu
- 100 gr Dried enchovy, fried
- 1 big Red Capsicum
- 2 Garlic
- 1/2 big Onion
- 1/4 tbs Shrimp paste
Method
- Blend red capsicum, garlic and onion until fine paste.
- Heat oil in saucepan and add in blended paste and shrimp paste, stir until fragrant. Add in green bean, fried tofu and enchovy, stir until green bean withered about 5- 10 minutes. Ready to serve
