Healthy snacks for kids.
Ingredients (serves 1)
- 2 milk Arrowroot biscuits
- Cream cheese
- Strawberry
- Blueberry
Method
- Spread biscuits with cream cheese. Thinly slice strawberries lengthways. Arrange the strawberry, overlapping, over each biscuit to make scales. Add blueberries to make eyes. Cut slits in the base of 2 strawberries without cutting all the way through. Fan the strawberries and attach to the end of each biscuit to make a tail.
