Ingredients (serves 1)

  • 2 milk Arrowroot biscuits
  • Cream cheese
  • Strawberry
  • Blueberry

Method

  1. Spread biscuits with cream cheese. Thinly slice strawberries lengthways. Arrange the strawberry, overlapping, over each biscuit to make scales. Add blueberries to make eyes. Cut slits in the base of 2 strawberries without cutting all the way through. Fan the strawberries and attach to the end of each biscuit to make a tail.
