A lovely banana dessert with no added sugar. A healthy low fat sweet treat or dessert for everyone.
Ingredients (serves 1)
- 1 Banana (ripe is best), chopped into 3cm chunks, then frozen
- 2 Tbsp Milk (can use Breast or Formula milk for baby/toddler)
- Optional: 1 Tbsp chocolate chips, peanut butter, cinnamon, frozen berries
Method
- Blend frozen banana and milk together to create a smooth consistency (you might need to add more milk depends on how big the banana is).
- Serve and enjoy.
