Make sure you are not using bread that has seeds or are too grainy to avoid choking hazard.


Ingredients (serves 1)

  • 1 slice of white or wholemeal bread

Method

  1. Roll the bread into stick shape and secure with toothpicks at each ends.
  2. Microwave for 90seconds and immediately remove the tooth picks otherwise it will be pretty impossible to get it out.
  3. wait to cool (15 seconds) and let your bub gnaw away!
