Cute little healthy finger food for little tummies!

Ingredients

  • 1 packet Mini rice crackers
  • 1 Avocado
  • 1tsp Salmon paste
  • 1 packet Nori snack sheets

Method

  1. Mix salmon paste with avocado.
  2. Spread paste and avocado on to crackers.
  3. Top with a piece of seaweed sheet.

Notes

Nori snack sheets are thinner and crisper than traditional seaweed sheets and are designed to be eaten without further preparation.

  • I love the idea of this snack recipe! I am absolutely craving sushi right now, and can’t eat it for another 5 months (I swear it will be my post labour meal haha)
I’d switch out the salmon paste for some tuna and it would be perfect. Thank you for this recipe
