Ingredients (serves 1)

  • 1/2 medium carrot (peeled)
  • 1/4 apple (peeled if you prefer)

Method

  1. Grate carrot and apple
  2. Mix then serve

Notes

My baby loves to self feed this cold salad. Use a whole carrot for easier grating and eat the rest yourself. Don't forget to watch out for large chunks of apple or carrot that may break off and ensure these are removed before giving it to your bub.
