Mess-free and easy make-in-advanced recipe. Put everything in slowcooker in the morning and you will have healthy yummy lunch ready inn 3 hours!


Ingredients (serves 5)

  • 300gm Firm tofu
  • 600g Frozen mixed vegetables
  • 2 T Miso paste
  • 1 teaspoon Ginger powder

Method

  1. Put all ingredients in slowcooker and cook high for 3 hours.
  2. Serve with brown rice.

Notes

This recipe is great for toddler and babies too as long as you prep it in the suitable bite size :)

  • This sounds like a handy recipe for my vegetarian daughter. We could all eat it, of course, but it would be particularly useful to give her some variety. That’s what I find hardest about feeding a vegetarian – giving her enough variety without increasing my work load too much! Thank you.
