Mess-free and easy make-in-advanced recipe. Put everything in slowcooker in the morning and you will have healthy yummy lunch ready inn 3 hours!
Ingredients (serves 5)
- 300gm Firm tofu
- 600g Frozen mixed vegetables
- 2 T Miso paste
- 1 teaspoon Ginger powder
Method
- Put all ingredients in slowcooker and cook high for 3 hours.
- Serve with brown rice.
Notes
This recipe is great for toddler and babies too as long as you prep it in the suitable bite size :)
