We grow a lot of our own fruit and I hate nothing more than wasting any so I freeze any excess. This is a perfect smoothie for a hot day! You can use pretty much any fruit you like!

Ingredients (serves 2)

  • 1/2 Frozen Paw paw
  • 2 Frozen Bananas
  • 1 cup Milk (skim, soy, almond, hemp...what ever floats your boat!)
  • 1 cup Ice
  • 1 Passionfruit
  • 2* *Optional - Scoops of vanilla ice cream OR yoghurt

Method

  1. With a blender or bar mix blitz all ingredients except for passionfruit until consistency is smooth, top with passion fruit pulp and serve immediately!

Notes

Just beware paw paw can go straight thorough little bubs!
