Ingredients (serves 1)

  • 120 grams Olive oil tinned tuna
  • 3 cups Mixed baby mixed salad leaves
  • 1/2 Lemon, juiced
  • salt and pepper

Method

  1. Drain and flake tuna.
  2. Combine with lettuce.
  3. Season well with salt and pepper and top with the juice of half a lemon.

  • sounds like my lunch every other day – yum!
