Ingredients (serves 4)

  • 2 stalks Celery cut small
  • 2 Carrots cut small
  • 1 Onion diced
  • 1 medium Potato diced
  • 1 roll Egg noodles
  • 1 litre Chicken stock

Method

  1. Cut all the vegetables to the same size
  2. Ina pot bring the chicken stock to the boil
  3. Add all the vegetables and cook on medium heat until cooked through.
  4. Turn off the heat and break the noodles l. Place the noodles in the pot and mix.
  5. Cover with lid and serve in 10 minutes when the noodles are cooked.
  6. Serve with lemon
