I used a silicone tray for this popsicles and very easy to pop out the cubes.

Ingredients (makes 6 popsicles)

  • 1 x 6 pack Ski yoghurt ( any flavour )
  • 6 Ice cream sticks

Method

  1. Fill ice cube tray with yoghurt. Place in freezer for 2 hours. When yoghurt is almost frozen, push sticks into cubes. Place back in the freezer until completely frozen.

  • Great idea, though I don’t know that I’d call it a recipe per se.
