Quick nutritious breakfast or snack


Ingredients (serves 1)

  • Greek yoghurt natural greek yoghurt
  • Fresh strawberries Fresh strawberries or other fruit
  • muesli muesli

Method

  1. Wash quarter and hull strawberries
  2. Place strawberries or other desired fruit in bowl. Add 1/2 cup Greek yoghurt
  3. Add 1/3 cup muesli on top of fruit and muesli Enjoy

  • Yoghurt muesli and fruit has been my start of the day for over 40 years !
