Incredible Manuka honey that is so effective!
I have heard so many amazing things about what Manuka honey can do for a multitude of health issues, so I was very keen to try these Gather By Manuka honey varieties. For the last four weeks, my husband and I have been trying the 2000+ variety topically to treat psoriasis and eczema and we are amazed by the results achieved! My husband has suffered from psoriasis for many years on his scalp and in his ears that causes itchiness due to the crust that forms. After using the Manuka honey as per the directions, his psoriasis has cleared and the itchiness has mostly gone. Similarly, I have suffered with eczema on my hands since I was a child. Cold weather or reactions to certain products or foods, such as latex gloves or spicy food, can cause my eczema to flare up and little cuts appear on my fingers that are very painful and last for several days at a time when I use moisturiser/hand cream as a treatment. It was uncanny that I received Gather By Manuka Honey to trial and review around the same time I was diagnosed with an invasive and rare form of breast cancer (Tubular). After researching Gather By’s website, I decided to start MGO 2000+. Being the highest strength, it said it was for serious health issues…and what could be more serious than cancer?
I started taking 3 teaspoons per day orally to support my immune system, reduce inflammation and provide much needed antioxidants that protect healthy cells. I am still continuing this dosage even now.
Just 2 weeks ago, I had breast and lymph node surgery. Once my dressings came off, I used Gather By Manuka Honey at home over my incisions to assist in healing and soothe the skin. The incisions are healing really well. I have not needed antibiotics for any infections whatsoever.
I am also feeling positive about using Manuka Honey when it’s time for me to start radiation in a couple of weeks. Radiation may cause wounds and scarring. Manuka Honey MGO 2000+ is said to help in wound repair.

Summer beach and pool days are core childhood memory creators, but getting the kids out the door, not so much! But there are some very clever tips that will make even the most stressful summer days smooth sailing – and the Mouths of Mums community know them all! Pack Smart, Not Big
Do you feel like you take waaayyy too much when you head to the beach or pool, and then you seem to forget a couple of key things that would have made life so much easier?

“We have a few allergies/intolerances, so being prepared with food is helpful and saves us the search and some money. I pre-chop carrots, cucumber, apples, boiled egg, in a handy separating container, a packet of chips, dip, and bring water bottles. You don’t need a military-style plan to enjoy a sunny day out. A beach trolley, some prep, and an easy sunscreen like SmartMist™ are enough to help things run calmly – or at least calm-ish!

My biggest tip is to be very clear who’s watching the kids, especially when they’re in the water.
