A give a solid nod of approval to my initial thoughts and first impressions on the Lactech Breast Pump.
This double wearable breast pump pack has been designed with a new mum in mind, right down to having fewer parts to clean and assemble, and having the ultra handy nipple ruler to ensure you can find the right fit straight from the get go. My first time round breastfeeding and then exclusively pumping was made so difficult with not knowing my correct flange size and how to correctly use a pump but luckily this time around, the Lactech Breast Pump has all the info and supporting parts to ensure this would not be a problem again.
The pumps were quick to charge up using the supplied charging cables, and from first impressions, the pump is ultra quiet, comfy to wear and easily slides into my bras. Thr bra strap extenders are a nice touch to help lock into place and secure.
Extra flange sizes are supplied which is great and something my previous pumps did not supply.
Super keen on using this wearable pump and putting to the test!

Game Changer Discrete Portal BreastPump for every mum!
Being a busy mum of 4 boys what a game changer this is. A comfortable pump, soft on the breast tissue with soft silicon flange with hospital grade suction.
It’s discrete allowing me to pump anywhere, anytime. A larger capacity for more milk of 300ml with an easy pour spout not losing my precious pumped breast milk, along with minimal parts to clean this is all I could ask for.
I love using this pump & will continue to use as it makes feeding my fourth baby so easy!

Even though it’s hospital-grade, it feels much gentler on breast tissue compared to the traditional hospital pump I’ve used previously—which often left me feeling sore. It’s also incredibly quiet and discreet; I even managed to pump during a movie at the cinema without anyone noticing! After using these breast pumps for a few weeks now, I’m really delighted. I can wear these and do my everyday chores. I even tried to do this whilst having a picnic with my kids - and it was easy and very quiet!! Although you can see it makes me look like I have rather large breasts, it’s not obvious I’m wearing breast pumps.
By the end of lunch I had expressed all the milk I needed for the night and didn’t waste any time. Will be recommending these to everyone.

Pleasantly surprised with this discreet, quiet and easy to use wearable breast pump!
The two provided pumps easily provided close to hospital grade suction power while also remaining gentle on the nipples and ensuring not to cause friction or pain. Love the hands free option of being able to continue with everyday tasks, and attending to the little ones, while discreetly pumping milk from a smooth and efficient let-down experience.
The pump had four modes to select from (massage, stimulation, express and automatic) which allowed for easy use and to assist in producing a greater milk supply and milk collection.
I LOVED having the nipple ruler included in the box to ensure I could measure up my nipples before use and to make sure I was using the correct flange for optimal output and user experience. I beleive all manufactures should include this ruler! What a difference it makes and what a helpful tool for new mums, and for mums like me who didn't get thr luxury of having a lactation consultant provide advice or support from others.
The bra strap extenders are a nice touch for securing the pumps and especially when on the go!
While I really love that the pumps have fewer parts that other pumps I have used, I experienced difficulty in putting the pump correctly together and the parts were really hard on occasion to assemble. Having spent some time on trying to configure correctly as on piece seems to not sit correctly, I felt this needed a mention. The other benefits far outweighed this inconvenience however.
Did I mention how quiet and discreet it was?! Such a bonus and great for when nursing bub on one side and then using the wearable pump on the other side.
It was a great product to trial and test.

I have been wanting a hands-free pump for a while, it would make pumping at work so much more convenient, but, despite all my best efforts, changing the flanges, trying different modes/suction strenghts, wearing a tighter bra, etc, I was just struggling to even get 10mL, when my usual portable pump would express over 100mL in the same time period. Unfortunately I was just left engorged and disappointed.

Initially I was really impressed by the Steriliser and ironing out the few aspects like size and space to accommodate and time allowance for drying, I continue to believe this is a great addition to anyone with a new bubs. My little man is 8 months old and finding I’m using all the equipment on the daily, both in sterilizing and heating food and bottles. Any equipment and tools like this that help a mum efficiently, is amazing in my mind.

My first impressions are great. I love the shape of these pumps, no added extras on top means it more discreet under clothing. It does stand upright so no milk is spilt on the bench trying to prop it up. The nipple measuring guide is super helpful if you haven't used one previously.
The only thing I'd prefer is if the motor was black so it's better blended into clothing.

I have tested the lachtech breast pumps over multiple sessions, both to pump post breast feed and to pump in lieu of a breast feed. Unfortunately this pump has not worked for me. I have pumped a very minimal amount after using the pump for 40+ minutes, significantly less than I get from other pumps. After this time, the motor gets quite warm. I have tried multiple flange sizes, adjusting bra tightness and different modes and none of these things have improved the pump.
Objectively, I do like the shape of the pump, it does fit more discreetly than some other options on the market. I did like that the pump can stand upright while on the bench and full of milk.
While the pump did contain my size as measured by an LC, it could be more inclusive of flange sizes.

I was so excited to try this wearable breast pump.
It was relatively easy to put together with a few parts. The parts were also easily dismantled to be able to clean with no small places that were difficult to clean.
The size of the pumps were great and It didn't get in the way so I could do other things whilst wearing. They fit easily under my bra and stayed in place.
I did find it difficult to seal all the parts and did have some leakage at times. The power button was a bit temperamental and I had to click a few times to get them to start.
I needed to use on the highest setting as otherwise I didn't find the pump strong enough otherwise. I found it a bit annoying that if you changed the mode that that strength went back to one and I had to change it back to 9. I didn't get as much milk expressed using this as I do my normal pump, but for the convenience I'd much rather this one.
I felt the 300ml capacity was great and it was relatively easy to transfer into a bottle without any spillage.

Everything that I loved about the pump when I initially opened it still apply, but with time I found more things I did not enjoy.
What I enjoyed:
1. Able to use one at a time
2. Able to use different settings per side
3. Small flange used to adapt size
It was fantastic being able to use one of the pumps at a time, but I often did find that I just used both at the same time and I often found myself timing turning them on so that they didn't make the pumping sounds at separate times which was sometimes overstimulating and made them more noticeable to others.
I also love that you are able to change the settings for each side because they are completely separate machines, but I found that the pump was not strong enough on any settings except for the highest so I didn't have a need for that setting in any case.
The ugly: I used this pump multiple times and each time for over 20 minutes. The maximum I got was 5mls. I find it quite easy to get milk, and I have a big supply so this surprised me.
I used my old pump immediately afterwards for 5 minutes to check whether or not I was just 'out' of milk but I managed to express 150mls.
As I mentioned in my previous review, I found it quite difficult to seal the pump when putting it together (It would have been IMPOSSIBLE when I had mum thumb after my daughter was first born) so I am thinking that possibly it is not sealing properly. I am going to get my partner to have a go putting it together to make sure it's not just me! I am willing to keep trying with this pump because the rest of the settings are too good to be ignored!

Initial thoughts: Very high hopes for this breast pump, but unsure about it now...
I opened this pump the second it arrived in the mail, I was so excited and initial inspection only made me more excited! My favorite things about this pump are:
1. You are able to use one at a time; my current reason for pumping is to build up a supply for when I eventually start my placement at the end of this month. For that reason, I am usually pumping in between feeds e.g. I have fed on one side and want to get the milk from the other side. My other pump is a dual pump so you have to use both at once. This means that sometimes the side that has just been fed from may get a little tender and stop expressing milk while the other is continuing.
The Lactech pumps are separate pumps, and there is no obligation to use both at the same time!
Another benefit of this brings me to my next favorite thing:
2. You are able to use different settings for each pump; Sometimes what I need to be able to pump can be unpredictable. My baby is able to get her milk no problem, but sometimes I have to fiddle with my breast pump to change the strength or speed of the suction throughout the feed. This can also apply to each breast, one might need a stronger suction one day than the other. Due to the pumps being separate, I am able to select different settings per side making for a more comfortable and efficient express.
3. Small flange is used for adapting sizes: This pump came with a helpful nipple measuring handout. Using this made me understand that I needed to use the smaller size. My previous pump had two separate pump halves that were to be swapped out depending on which size you needed. The Lactech has a small flange attachment that slides inside the larger size which means less storage space is needed for this pump which is great!
4. They fit comfortably over my fuller-sized breasts; my bra size is 20F. This in the past has meant that it can be hard to find a pump that comfortably sits on my breasts and stays in a spot where it can provide optimal suction. This was not the case for these pumps and I was very happy with their size and positioning.
Now some of the things I didn't like about this pump were:
1. Its quite hard to seal; I really struggled to put it together. I had to push really hard around the edges of the pump (necessary for sealing it all together), I tried pushing it against the table which helped a bit. But it took me 2 or 3 minutes of pushing to get it to seal together and even then sometimes I wasn't 100% sure that I had done so successfully.
2. I also felt that the suction wasn't too strong and that I had to have it on the highest setting for it to do anything at all.
I will post my thoughts after a few uses in my next review.

I love a steriliser that actually dries the bottles in the same cycle it makes it so much easier for a busy mum ! I love that the bottles are compatible with the breast pump ! My boys love the light weight bottles! This kit is perfect for a new mum or a mum that needs the lot with a great bottle warmer that actually warms starting solid foods as well and the two different size bottles are great for under 6 months and then the 250 ml for over 6 months. The tongs are perfect for not handling sterilised bottles with your hands and the bottle brushes get in all the nook and crannies. My half star was because you basically need to have extra bottles of this brand on hand because they aren't available to buy at a shop near me and my other bottles don't fit in this steriliser and sometimes you need new bottles straight away. I would love to trial the breast pump with these bottles .All in all a great steriliser and warmer and a great starter kit

After a few uses of the steriliser I was pretty impressed with how the drying function incorporated into the sterilising options and once finished the cycle all bottles and teats were clean and dry and ready to be used
I can just stack it up and pop it on while I continue with her stuff sound the house! I loved the warmer because sometimes the bottle doesn’t feel warm enough and with the multiple temperature options it was a game change.lr.

Initially opening the pack, the items were sleek and impressive to look at. The steriliser was larger in size than expected but quickly found a spot to use the items successfully. The steriliser is efficient and I love the drying feature. Found it most time saving to use first thing in the morning or last thing at night so that you don’t even notice the time it takes in drying as this is extended compared to sterilizing.
The warmer has been a great addition and especially love the capabilities to heat food as well as bottles with the commencement of the solids journey.
The bottles are incredibly handy, hold a great level of volume for a hungry bubs, but fit comfortably in my nappy bag, as others don’t all.
All of the items are easy to clean and to use.

I was so happy with this perfect combination pack. It had all the essentials.
It was very unique as it included many bottles compared to other brand packs. The different size brushes were perfect and the bottle warmer a great size. The Steriliser was larger in size however pretty similar to other Sterilisers in size.

Regarding sandwiches, my eldest son, used to hate sandwiches for school lunches. It wasn’t until many years later that I discovered that he’d throw out his sandwiches in the playground bins. I love the bbox lunch boxes. They are so reliable and tough when kids throw their bags around. Easy to wash and store. I have used the we can be tiny snackies at home too. The boys love choosing a certain animal shape. They wash well, are durable and great quality.
My kids are old enough now to pack their own lunches and I am so happy to see the great choices they are making. They take left over meals, cook food in the morning to take and now I am confident they aren’t throwing away sandwiches! I do have the chilly bags for them, I find they fit better into bags
My daughter uses a bento box now for work and sometimes an insulated bag in summer, but when she was at school it was a rectangular lunch box with no compartments. It was very easy to wash each day, just the box and lid, and it could still be filled with rolls/sandwiches and snacks.

This double wearable breast pump pack has been designed with a new mum in mind, right down to having fewer parts to clean and assemble, and having the ultra handy nipple ruler to ensure you can find the right fit straight from the get go. My first time round breastfeeding and then exclusively pumping was made so difficult with not knowing my correct flange size and how to correctly use a pump but luckily this time around, the Lactech Breast Pump has all the info and supporting parts to ensure this would not be a problem again.
The pumps were quick to charge up using the supplied charging cables, and from first impressions, the pump is ultra quiet, comfy to wear and easily slides into my bras. Thr bra strap extenders are a nice touch to help lock into place and secure.
Extra flange sizes are supplied which is great and something my previous pumps did not supply.
Super keen on using this wearable pump and putting to the test!

Lactech Breast Pump an easy go to for new mums!
The two provided pumps easily provided close to hospital grade suction power while also remaining gentle on the nipples and ensuring not to cause friction or pain. Love the hands free option of being able to continue with everyday tasks, and attending to the little ones, while discreetly pumping milk from a smooth and efficient let-down experience.
The pump had four modes to select from (massage, stimulation, express and automatic) which allowed for easy use and to assist in producing a greater milk supply and milk collection.
I LOVED having the nipple ruler included in the box to ensure I could measure up my nipples before use and to make sure I was using the correct flange for optimal output and user experience. I beleive all manufactures should include this ruler! What a difference it makes and what a helpful tool for new mums, and for mums like me who didn't get thr luxury of having a lactation consultant provide advice or support from others.
The bra strap extenders are a nice touch for securing the pumps and especially when on the go!
While I really love that the pumps have fewer parts that other pumps I have used, I experienced difficulty in putting the pump correctly together and the parts were really hard on occasion to assemble. Having spent some time on trying to configure correctly as on piece seems to not sit correctly, I felt this needed a mention. The other benefits far outweighed this inconvenience however.
Did I mention how quiet and discreet it was?! Such a bonus and great for when nursing bub on one side and then using the wearable pump on the other side.
It was a great product to trial and test.

I have been wanting a hands-free pump for a while, it would make pumping at work so much more convenient, but, despite all my best efforts, changing the flanges, trying different modes/suction strenghts, wearing a tighter bra, etc, I was just struggling to even get 10mL, when my usual portable pump would express over 100mL in the same time period. I have tested the lachtech breast pumps over multiple sessions, both to pump post breast feed and to pump in lieu of a breast feed. Unfortunately this pump has not worked for me. I have pumped a very minimal amount after using the pump for 40+ minutes, significantly less than I get from other pumps. After this time, the motor gets quite warm. I have tried multiple flange sizes, adjusting bra tightness and different modes and none of these things have improved the pump.

Objectively, I do like the shape of the pump, it does fit more discreetly than some other options on the market. I did like that the pump can stand upright while on the bench and full of milk.

Wearable breast pump
It was relatively easy to put together with a few parts. The parts were also easily dismantled to be able to clean with no small places that were difficult to clean.
The size of the pumps were great and It didn't get in the way so I could do other things whilst wearing. They fit easily under my bra and stayed in place.
I did find it difficult to seal all the parts and did have some leakage at times. The power button was a bit temperamental and I had to click a few times to get them to start.
I needed to use on the highest setting as otherwise I didn't find the pump strong enough otherwise. I found it a bit annoying that if you changed the mode that that strength went back to one and I had to change it back to 9. I didn't get as much milk expressed using this as I do my normal pump, but for the convenience I'd much rather this one.
I felt the 300ml capacity was great and it was relatively easy to transfer into a bottle without any spillage.
Thank you so much for allowing me to trial these, I'm very happy with them. I recommend to all my mummy friends

What I enjoyed:
1. Able to use one at a time
2. Able to use different settings per side
3. Small flange used to adapt size
It was fantastic being able to use one of the pumps at a time, but I often did find that I just used both at the same time and I often found myself timing turning them on so that they didn't make the pumping sounds at separate times which was sometimes overstimulating and made them more noticeable to others.
I also love that you are able to change the settings for each side because they are completely separate machines, but I found that the pump was not strong enough on any settings except for the highest so I didn't have a need for that setting in any case.
The ugly: I used this pump multiple times and each time for over 20 minutes. The maximum I got was 5mls. I find it quite easy to get milk, and I have a big supply so this surprised me.
I used my old pump immediately afterwards for 5 minutes to check whether or not I was just 'out' of milk but I managed to express 150mls.
As I mentioned in my previous review, I found it quite difficult to seal the pump when putting it together (It would have been IMPOSSIBLE when I had mum thumb after my daughter was first born) so I am thinking that possibly it is not sealing properly. I am going to get my partner to have a go putting it together to make sure it's not just me! I am willing to keep trying with this pump because the rest of the settings are too good to be ignored!

Initial thoughts: Very high hopes for this breast pump, but unsure about it now...
1. You are able to use one at a time; my current reason for pumping is to build up a supply for when I eventually start my placement at the end of this month. For that reason, I am usually pumping in between feeds e.g. I have fed on one side and want to get the milk from the other side. My other pump is a dual pump so you have to use both at once. This means that sometimes the side that has just been fed from may get a little tender and stop expressing milk while the other is continuing.
The Lactech pumps are separate pumps, and there is no obligation to use both at the same time!
Another benefit of this brings me to my next favorite thing:
2. You are able to use different settings for each pump; Sometimes what I need to be able to pump can be unpredictable. My baby is able to get her milk no problem, but sometimes I have to fiddle with my breast pump to change the strength or speed of the suction throughout the feed. This can also apply to each breast, one might need a stronger suction one day than the other. Due to the pumps being separate, I am able to select different settings per side making for a more comfortable and efficient express.
3. Small flange is used for adapting sizes: This pump came with a helpful nipple measuring handout. Using this made me understand that I needed to use the smaller size. My previous pump had two separate pump halves that were to be swapped out depending on which size you needed. The Lactech has a small flange attachment that slides inside the larger size which means less storage space is needed for this pump which is great!
4. They fit comfortably over my fuller-sized breasts; my bra size is 20F. This in the past has meant that it can be hard to find a pump that comfortably sits on my breasts and stays in a spot where it can provide optimal suction. This was not the case for these pumps and I was very happy with their size and positioning.
Now some of the things I didn't like about this pump were:
1. Its quite hard to seal; I really struggled to put it together. I had to push really hard around the edges of the pump (necessary for sealing it all together), I tried pushing it against the table which helped a bit. But it took me 2 or 3 minutes of pushing to get it to seal together and even then sometimes I wasn't 100% sure that I had done so successfully.
2. I also felt that the suction wasn't too strong and that I had to have it on the highest setting for it to do anything at all.
I will post my thoughts after a few uses in my next review.

The best bit is that the steam steriliser has a drying function! So less mess on the bench after you have cleaned them you can put them straight away out of sight

Game Changer Discrete Portal BreastPump for every mum!
It’s discrete allowing me to pump anywhere, anytime. A larger capacity for more milk of 300ml with an easy pour spout not losing my precious pumped breast milk, along with minimal parts to clean this is all I could ask for.
I love using this pump & will continue to use as it makes feeding my fourth baby so easy!

After using these breast pumps for a few weeks now, I’m really delighted. I can wear these and do my everyday chores. I even tried to do this whilst having a picnic with my kids - and it was easy and very quiet!! Although you can see it makes me look like I have rather large breasts, it’s not obvious I’m wearing breast pumps.

I love a steriliser that actually dries the bottles in the same cycle it makes it so much easier for a busy mum ! I love that the bottles are compatible with the breast pump ! My boys love the light weight bottles! This kit is perfect for a new mum or a mum that needs the lot with a great bottle warmer that actually warms starting solid foods as well and the two different size bottles are great for under 6 months and then the 250 ml for over 6 months. The tongs are perfect for not handling sterilised bottles with your hands and the bottle brushes get in all the nook and crannies. My half star was because you basically need to have extra bottles of this brand on hand because they aren't available to buy at a shop near me and my other bottles don't fit in this steriliser and sometimes you need new bottles straight away. I would love to trial the breast pump with these bottles .All in all a great steriliser and warmer and a great starter kit

Initially opening the pack, the items were sleek and impressive to look at. The steriliser was larger in size than expected but quickly found a spot to use the items successfully. The steriliser is efficient and I love the drying feature. Found it most time saving to use first thing in the morning or last thing at night so that you don’t even notice the time it takes in drying as this is extended compared to sterilizing.

Great addition to any new parents journey..
The warmer has been a great addition and especially love the capabilities to heat food as well as bottles with the commencement of the solids journey.
The bottles are incredibly handy, hold a great level of volume for a hungry bubs, but fit comfortably in my nappy bag, as others don’t all.
All of the items are easy to clean and to use.

Perfect combo pack
It was very unique as it included many bottles compared to other brand packs. The different size brushes were perfect and the bottle warmer a great size. The Steriliser was larger in size however pretty similar to other Sterilisers in size.
