Today is the last day of the Mom’s Happiness Challenges and I have loved every one of the challenges. Big thanks to Debbie for a good and happy start to each morning during the challenges. It has been good to reaffirm and take on extra tips on happiness and overall well being. Happiness is incredibly important for overall health and well being and I personally find it takes less energy to be happy than it does to be negative. It can be difficult at times to be happy when we are surrounded and bombarded by negative images and stories in the media and on other forums. Generally I believe that most people are good and just want happiness for themselves and their families. The challenges have given me pause for reflection. Have other Mom’s enjoyed the challenges?

  • I did! Well, I enjoyed most of them. Unfortunately, I missed a couple, life just gets away from me sometimes and I forgot. I think I’ll go back and do the activities I missed. We all need to learn to fe happy

  • I did see this going on but for some reason didn’t start it. I think I am going to make it my goal to start and complete this challenge. We can all use a little more happy in our lives

  • I have been without internet for a few days and have only just caught up on the challenge tips. I also would love to thank Debbie for a wonderful and very helpful video challenge, her tips and points made so much sense and every day was a reminder to think before we act, to relax and breath and heaps more. Wonderful and I am a whole lot more chilled. :-)


    • Anything that can help with relaxation and happiness is worthwhile.

  • yes. i followed along as well. it has really been making me think. i am really loving this site because i feel like i am cared about. Last month(or was it the month before?) it was the healthy challenge for the physical body and this month it is all about mental health and this flows on to the family. If you are happy so is your family. I think that this website is really encouraging mum’s to be the best that they can be and all these tips and articles from normal people and experts is really eye opening. I love hearing about how others view things or their diff experiences and i am trying to understand all these diff walks of life.
