It’s all so addictive, but I use it as wind down time before bed now so I don’t ignore my bub.

well in reality, you won’t be missing much by not being on it so make a time for yourself after the kids are in bed, and then catch up.

Lol, I am the same, but I get a lot of lunchbox, dinner, craft and family outing ideas from facebook so I can’t kick the addiction!!

Yes, it’s very addictive but if you don’t keep an eye on the time you spend online, your day will disappear. Set yourself a time of the day and an amount of time that you can realistically cope with, and stick to it. As fun as it is, it should still take second place to your family. 🙂

Highly recommended setting a time limit. It will be a great benefit to you and your family

I think setting a time limit is a great idea. I would set a timer though because if you get quite involved like you say the time will fly before you realise so this way you know when your time is up.

I place limits on being online as it is so important to have balance in every area of life. I find by placing limits on all time/activities I get more done every day and have plenty of healthy balance.
