Hindsight is fantastic! How many things would we go back and do differently or do again if only we had hindsight available when we were originally making the decision. My hindsight is that I am so glad that I have a big gap between my older girls and my youngest child. In hindsight, I made the best decision having a 9 year gap between my middle and last child. The oldest two kids are 10 & 13 years and have constantly between jealous, or great friends, or such fed up with each, or steal each others toys or play fantastically together. Then my youngest child is 2 and the age gap between him and the girls is brilliant. There is no jealously, there no sibling rivalry, there is just two older girls who dote on their little brother. I am sure this will change with time, but right here, right now I am very happy with this age gap!
