I did the wholemeal banana & blueberry muffins that was on here just recently & they are really yummy!

There is nothing nicer than the aroma of freshly baked cakes and biscuits drifting through the house..so homely, so comforting.

I love baking too. I did some rolls last week, cheese bacon and cheese and vegimite. I need a bigger freezer lol

I LOVE baking, but don’t do it as often as I’d like. For a start my eldest doesn’t really like cakes/biscuits/slices or things like that (he’s strange, I know) and secondly I’d just eat it all! I do love making and decorating cakes and I make banana breads when I can, though my youngest eats so many bananas they don’t last long enough very often.

I love to bake banana cake and banana bread to use up my overripe bananas.
I also like making different slices such at milo and oat, weet bix slice, vanilla slice.
Just to name a couple!
