Being tested for lupus - Real Mum story on MoM

I went and had my 6 monthly blood check up to discover that my blood results came back positive to something which they think could be lupus. My doctor referred me to see a rheumatologist which I will see in 2. Weeks time. To tell you the truth I am so scared that it is Lupus. I have read some articles online which have made me even more scared.

Good luck regarding your test results and specialist appointment. If it is lupus make sure you get the correct information about the condition from the specialist and/or a support group rather than just relying on the internet, which is not always accurate nor up to date.

try seeing if there is a support group.
