Hope your bake off went good!! Ahh the joys of baking… I use to bake for my partner when he would leave for work DIDO. I would get up around 6am and start baking with everything ready by 11am. Sometimes I would bake a few things the night before. But he usually took 2 date loaves, 2 lots of muffins (so 24), brownies, chocolate cake and a double/triple batch of biscuits. Mind you he was gone for about 2 weeks at a time. But I love baking and spending time in the kitchen, so was quite easy for me =)

Just a tip – make the gluten free batch last and if possible, on the day they are going to be eaten. Gluten free baked stuff tends to go real dense and hard if left overnight.

Haha awesome! Have fun 😀 I was part of a fundraiser once and I think I baked and decorated 80-90 cupcakes and close on 200 cookies in a day lol. Well day and night, I didn’t sleep much. So much fun though!
