Ok ladies (and gentlemen if you’re there) I have recently been diagnosed with osteoporosis so I’m looking for some bone strengthening advice. I’m upping my weight training. I don’t go much on dairy but I can eat it. Any advice and assistance would be greatly appreciated. Thank you in advance ????

  • I would advise you to start taking some vitamin D, if you are not already taking it.


  • Osteoporosis Australia has some incredible resources and the website is worth a look.


  • Lots of leafy green veggies. Kale, spinach. Plain Greek yoghurt. Nibble on cheese. Nuts, almonds in particular. Eggs, yummy
